I have always loved visiting artsy Cities and this year was no difference. My enthusiam did not fade as I was entering the CIty of Nantes, France this summer.
It was not long after I put down my luggage in a small hotel in the heart of the city that I discovered what the Green Line exactly was. In my mind I was getting ready to walk "Atlanta Beltline" or "New York High Line". Nantes Green Line is an actual green line painted on the street and pavements that runs through the city from one art public location to another. Although the whole city is a real jewel the climax of the adventure happens when you arrive at the Machines of the Ile of Nantes and see this Jules Verne or Star War inspired animated mechanical robot-elephant.
This gigantic elephant was created in the place of Nantes former shipyards.
