I could not be more happy about this coming-to-an-end-year 2017.
I met so many new people that might end up being good partners for the next years.
I left a gallery but discovered a new one that features only my minimalist work or should I say my taschisme series that I launched this year.
I had two solo shows, both in Alabama, yes keep your eye peeled for Alabama!!
I was honored to be selected for City of Milton new City Hall art project!
My work was included in Neiman marcus Pop up gallery but also in Designers Showcase house of Atlanta and Milton.
2018 is smiling at us and new projects are being shaped. Can't wait...
Keep in touch.

Artist Isabelle Gautier will be exhbiting for the first time her new series LESS IS MORE ans INTRICATE.
The artist will present her new taschisme work , unique technique used by French expressionist painters.
A French style of abstract painting from the 1940’s characterized by spontaneous brushwork, drips and blobs of paint straight from the paint tube, to Canary Gallery.
Through her series Intricate and Less Is More, Isabelle strives to make sense of our complex world. Perhaps together we will figure it all out!
See Canary Gallery Blog
Hope to see you there!

This painting I finished recently is very closed to my heart. I can't even begin to explain all the symbilism it represents. In this painting I am talking about richness and emptyness, torment vs calm, freedom vs restraint....
